Dry-Aged Meats

Our Dry-Age Meats are aged in the meat locker at the entrance of Zinna's Bistro.  After spending over a month or more in our dry-age locker, these large cuts of beef are trimmed and cut into steaks. This process brings out the flavor and creates the most tender steak you've every had.
