Our homemade pasta is made onsite at Zinna's Bistro each day with a Semolina and Durum Flour Blend.  Made with Farm Fresh Eggs, our specially cut pasta shapes to allow cream- and dairy-based sauces cling to our Italian-American Specialty dishes. 


From our Bucatini to Fettuccine, Pappardelle to Handmade Ravioli, you will love the fresh, homemade pasta here at Zinna's Bistro.
